BMW Advanced Crash Safety

Modern automobiles are largely electronically controlled. What I will introduce this time is the Advanced Crash Safety Module. This system changes the rotation rate of each of the four wheels while the car is swaying at high speeds, independently controlling the brakes and accelerator for each wheel. To control this, MEMS sensors are utilized, along with software algorithms applied to them. This system represents a significant level of difficulty among onboard systems. I will explain in detail what types of semiconductors are used in this module, as well as report on the prices at which various electronic components, including several types of MEMS sensors, are offered.
